Privacy Policy

1. General

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how personal data of visitors to vinakovlab.ru (the "Site"), operated by Eduard Vinackov (the "Operator", "I"), is processed. By submitting the request form on the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Data we collect

When you fill in the request form on the Site, we collect:

• the text describing your task;
• contact details you voluntarily provide — Telegram, Max or a phone number.

The Site does not request or store payment data, ID/passport data, or other special categories of personal data.

The Site also uses the Yandex.Metrika web analytics service, which collects anonymized technical data about visits (device type, referral source, on-page behavior) for traffic analysis purposes.

3. Purpose of processing

Data submitted through the request form is used solely to contact you about your task and to prepare a reply or a proposal. The data is not used for automated decision-making and is not used for any purpose unrelated to handling your request.

4. How data is transmitted and stored

The request form is technically processed via the third-party service Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which acts as a technical intermediary delivering the form data to the Operator's email. The Site does not maintain its own database of submissions: all requests arrive at eduard.vinackov@yandex.ru and are stored in the Operator's mailbox.

Data is not shared, sold, or used for any purpose unrelated to processing your request.

5. Retention period

Data is kept in the Operator's mailbox until the request is fulfilled and for a reasonable period afterward, for correspondence history, unless the user requests earlier deletion.

6. How to delete your data

To delete your personal data or withdraw your consent to its processing, email eduard.vinackov@yandex.ru with the subject "Data deletion" — the request will be fulfilled within a reasonable time.

7. Marketing communications

The Site does not send automated advertising or marketing messages. A reply to your request is personal and does not constitute a mailing. If a mailing list is introduced in the future, separate consent will be requested for it.

8. Legal basis

Personal data is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, which governs the Operator's data processing as a Russia-based business.
